Foresite Services, Inc. is proposing to modify an existing lattice communications tower to be located off of Brandon Street, Samson, Geneva County, Alabama at latitude 31° 6’ 45.0” north and longitude 86° 02’ 42.3” west. The height of the tower will be 46.6 meters above ground level (106.6 meters above mean sea level). The tower is anticipated to be unlit.
